Position: Executive Engineer (Technical)
  • Study and understand tender document and drawings of the tender project pick up by tender unit.
  • Understand the topographic of site and propose feasible ERSS system for basement construction.
  • Liaise with ERSS consultant and explore the possible ERSS system.
  • Evaluate the bore holes data and assess the penetration of bore piles, RC piles , steel pile or raft foundation.
  • Prepare overall planning and programming work for the tender project ie site utilization planning, construction sequence planning, programme scheduling, plant & machinery planning, manpower planning, tower crane planning, architectural work scheduling, M&E works scheduling etc
  • Prepare write up for the PQM items listed in the tender submission.
  • Prepare for slide presentation prior to tender submission.
  • Analyze and provide technical support solutions on the project
  • Work closely with Contracts and QS team in analysing and evaluating sub-contractors planning and reporting submission.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by PEB)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in site planning

Position: Senior Engineer (Design & Coordination)

  • Assists in site planning, scheduling and technical support to Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
  • Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager
  • Site coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
  • Well-versed in the coordination of structural and planning to ensure progress is in the schedule and in compliance
  • Manage internal and external sub-contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications
  • Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural & M&E teams as well as the authorities
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by PEB)

Position: Senior Planning Engineer (Technical)

  • To lead a team of technical engineers in strategic site planning works such as site access, construction sequence, machinery, manpower allocation etc.
  • Able to do project planning schedule with Microsoft Project / Primavera to meet the milestone specified by client.
  • Able to spar with Structural Consultant on the ERSS and structural design.
  • Able to come out a manpower schedule for a project with optimum requirements.
  • Able to prepare write up on Construction Sequence and other requirements as stated in Tender Submission.
  • Able to prepare and present Construction Slides in tender submission.
  • Well verse in Precast and Steel Construction.
  • Detail strategic planning in Zoning, Sequence of excavation, site facilities layout and manpower requirements.
  • Able to come out value engineering in Architectural and Structural system.
  • Prepare preliminary costing for tender submission.
  • Foresee and anticipate on construction risk for each new tender submission and come out mitigation methods.
  • Minimum 15-years’ experience on site construction as a Planning Engineer / Structural Engineer in Building works with basement construction.
  • Familiar with different types of ERSS systems in deep basement excavation works.
  • Good knowledge in Precast and Steel Construction.

Position: M&E Engineer (Tender)

  • Taking-off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
  • Familiar with M&E contract requirement and liaise with the design consultant for building projects
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
  • Identify important tender requirement and report to Contracts Manager

Position: Site Engineer

  • To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
  • Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
  • Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
  • Keep track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to Senior Engineer/ Project Manager

Position: Planner

  • Preparing and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
  • Preparing schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences
  • Developing and update resources (manpower, equipment's and materials) availability, production and construction sequence
  • Inspect and monitor daily the work happening on site
  • Participate all meeting (ie. Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)

  • Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements
  • Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines

Position: BIM Coordinator

  • Responsible for the management of project models for all disciplines
  • Lead internal BIM Project kick-off meetings
  • Act as main point of contact for project related BIM matters
  • Act as a leader and coach in the use of BIM to increase office wide confidence in BIM and Revit
  • Provide technical support to team as needed
  • Conduct BIM specific quality control

  • In charge of overall installation works at the project site

Position: QA/QC Supervisor

  • To conduct independent Quality Assurance checks.
  • Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager, perform analysis, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain and control QA/QC practices on daily basis with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.
  • Advise and assist the project team members on QA/QC matters
  • Assist in the development of internal QA/QC checklists
