Position: Assistant Corporate Secretary
  • To assist in all Corporate Secretarial duties/administrative work involving corporate secretarial matters
  • To assists in coordination and collating of documents for board, board committees, shareholders' and other corporate meetings
  • To assists in ensuring compliance with requirements of the Companies Act, SGX regulations, Code of Corporate Governance and other relevant rules and regulations
  • To assists in the drafting and upload of announcements to SGXnet
  • To assists with the administrative work for Accounts Department
  • Holder of SAICSA certification or currently pursuing SAICSA course are welcome to APPLY
  • Minimum 2 years with SGX listed companies experience preferred

Position: Senior Engineer (Operations)
  • Assists in site planning, scheduling and technical support to Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
  • Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager
  • Site coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
  • Well-versed in the coordination of structural and planning to ensure progress is in the schedule and in compliance
  • Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out
  • Manage internal and external sub-contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications
  • Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural & M&E teams as well as the authorities
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by PEB)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in local construction industry

Position: Site Engineer
  • To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
  • Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
  • Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
  • Keep track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to Senior Engineer/ Project Manager
  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  • Scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries
  • Possess Degree in Civil Engineering and recognise by PE Board
  • 1-2 year’s working experience in local project is preferred

Position: Project Coordinator
  • Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects
  • Prepare quotation & maintain proper project documentation to technical team
  • Establish and maintenances of document filling system & database
  • Other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Position: Architectural Coordinator
  • Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
  • Resolve drawings discrepancy
  • Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work
  • Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
  • Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues
  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
  • To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements and specifications
  • To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting
  • Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of local experience in private residential and commercial building projects will be an added advantage

Position: M&E Supervisor
  • To supervise M&E sub-con works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance to schedule set
  • To prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials
  • To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO
  • To ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/ or QM requirements
  • To coordinates M&E works on-site with other trades
  • Degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in main contractor

Position: BIM Coordinator
  • Responsible for the management of project models for all disciplines
  • Lead internal BIM Project kick-off meetings
  • Act as main point of contact for project related BIM matters
  • Act as a leader and coach in the use of BIM to increase office wide confidence in BIM and Revit
  • Provide technical support to team as needed
  • Conduct BIM specific quality control
  • Work closely with BIM Manager / Project Manager to ensure corporate standards are being met

  • Develop and produce 2D/3D design drawings models using AutoCAD / BIM / Revit software
  • Monitor modelling / update drawings / inform Project Manager on any changes
  • Check and verify design drawings to conform with specifications and design data
