Position: Senior Site Engineer
  •  Assists in site planning, scheduling and technical support to Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
  • Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager
  • Site coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
  • Well-versed in the coordination of structural and planning to ensure progress is in the schedule and in compliance
  • Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out
  • Manage internal and external sub-contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications
  • Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural & M&E teams as well as the authorities
  • Any other related duties as assigned
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by PEB)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in local construction industry

Position: Site Engineer
  • To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
  • Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
  • Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
  • Keep track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to Senior Engineer/ Project Manager
  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Position: QA/QC Engineer
  • Plan, lead and manage QA/QC Team for the projects undertaken, manage a mega project
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Project Quality Audits.
  • Review of the Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, QC Guidelines, Method Statement, etc.
  • Conduct experiments, propose new material/procedures and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions, ensuring that the internal quality systems are in place.
  • Set up systems for new trades/work processes.
  • Manage project stakeholders (client, consultants) on quality related issues.
  • Cultivate a quality mindset among the production team.
  • Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
  • Min 10 years of relevant QA/ QC experience for the construction industry 
  • Completed at least 3 building/civil projects
  • Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications

Position: QA/QC Supervisor
  • To conduct independent Quality Assurance check
  • Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager, perform analysis, identify root cause and propose corrective actions
  • Maintain and control QA/QC practices on daily basis with regular check and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures
  • Advise and assist the project team members on QA/QC matters
  • Assist in the development of internal QA/QC checklists
  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
  • Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
  • Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or related fields

Position: Project Coordinator / Asst Project Coordinator
  • Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects
  • Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and Safety regulations.
  • Liaise with project engineer, site supervisor on all the coordination shop drawings.
  • Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work.
  • Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on the progress of overall works in assigned projects.
  • Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;
  • Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
  • Inform Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
  • Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architectural and/ or relevant fields
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Position: WSH Officer
  • To ensure the overall compliance and good procedures/practices in statutory workplace, safety and health requirements at project worksites and required premises at all times
  • Preparation and submission of safety reports
  • Assisting Project Management in attaining awards related to WSH and environmental
  • Carrying out daily safety inspections and implementation of safety programmes
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned
  • Minimum Diploma holder / possess relevant certificates
  • Must be a MOM Registered WSHO

Position: Architectural Coordinator
  • Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
  • Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work
  • Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
  • Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
  • Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site
  • Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
  • Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
  • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress
  • Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural ID, Architectural and client provision
  • Possess a relevant Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of local experience in private residential and commercial building projects will be an added advantage
  • Understand the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies

Position: Architectural Supervisor
  • Assist Architectural Project Coordinator to plan and execute works
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Attend site progress meeting with sub-contractor and operations meeting
  • Responsible for site supervision and coordination of architectural works
  • To delegate work to the general workers/ supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/ authority standards

Position: M&E Supervisor
  • To supervise M&E subcon works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance to schedule set
  • To prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials
  • To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO
  • To ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/ or QM requirements
  • To coordinates M&E works on-site with other trades
  • To support Safety team by ensuring subcontractors are complying to safety procedures and requirements
